Alison Hoppe

Alison is the Professional Support Lawyer for the Real Estate team and is based in our London office.

Main areas of practice

Alison is responsible for the national Real Estate knowledge function at Blake Morgan. Her role focuses on the development and implementation of practice-wide technical policies, risk management checklists and precedent documents to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Alison also designs and delivers comprehensive training programmes and thought leadership to ensure the team remains at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments. She collaborates closely with Change Management to integrate legal technology into the Real Estate practice to drive efficiencies and the practical application of emerging tools.

Career

Alison joined Blake Morgan LLP in March 2026, having worked as a transactional real estate lawyer both in-house and in private practice, before that. She trained at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP and qualified in 2010.
