- Acting for NATS on the disposal of their former College of Air Control at Hurn, Bournemouth and dealing with their day to day property requirements including the acquisition of office space, new leases and lease renewals of radar and navigation sites.
- Acting for a property investor on their portfolio including the freehold acquisition of an office building in Ocean Village and the purchase of a site for use as a petrol filling station subject to planning and other conditions precedent.
- A ground rent investor on the charging of their portfolio of 60 properties.
- An MBO team purchasing the shares in a landfill business with bank financing on the property aspects of the transaction. One of the sites comprised a 302 acre landfill site.
