Amber is a Solicitor in our Court of Protection team based in London. Amber provides advice in the field of mental capacity and Court of Protection disputes.

Main areas of practice

Amber assists and advises in financial and health and welfare disputes in the Court of Protection for those who are vulnerable and lack capacity.

She assists and advises individuals and public bodies on the wide range of services provided to help adults with health and social care needs as well as preparing Deputyship applications.

Amber has experience in looking after the finances of those who lack capacity under Deputyship and Attorney arrangements.

Clients

Amber acts for a varied range of clients ranging from vulnerable children and adults along with their families. Amber also acts for public bodies such as Local Authorities.

Career

Amber graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 where she completed her undergraduate degree in Law, graduating with a First. She then went on to complete her Masters in Legal Practice at Cardiff achieving a Distinction.

Amber’s experience includes working as a Paralegal in both Court of Protection and Inquests for NHS Wales.

After completing Blake Morgan’s vacation scheme, Amber first joined the firm as a Trainee in September 2023.
