Andrew Stevens

Andrew is a Paralegal in our corporate team assisting with a range of corporate transactions and matters.

Main areas of practice

Andrew assists the corporate team on a range of corporate transactions, which include M&A’s; group restructuring; and various corporate governance work. He also works within our company secretarial team, assisting a diverse range of companies with routine corporate compliance.

Clients

As the company secretarial team have over 600 clients, Andrew works with a broad range of legal entities including, private limited companies; public limited companies; and sole traders. Andrew also works closely with shareholders and directors.

Career

Andrew studied History at undergraduate level, graduating in 2017. He later completed an LLM with BPP University in 2021.
