Angela Ho

Angela is an associate in the Banking and Finance team based in Reading.

Main areas of practice

Angela has experience on a wide range of debt finance transactions including acquisition finance, secured lending and restructurings. She is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating facility and security documents and providing advice in relation to banking transactions.

Clients

Angela acts for lenders, including banks and financial institutions, and corporate borrowers.

Career

Angela completed her training contract at a magic circle firm in Hong Kong before qualifying into the London office. She joined Blake Morgan in January 2023. She has also obtained a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
