Ashvani is a Paralegal within the Professional Regulatory team, based in our London office.
Main areas of practice
Ashvani works on fitness to practise matters, with a particular focus on healthcare and legal regulatory investigations. Her role primarily involves interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and drafting documents for first instance tribunals, as well as the High Court.
Clients
Ashvani works with professional regulatory bodies including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and the Bar Standards Board (BSB).

Ashvani was awarded a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Reading, and an LLM LPC from BPP University.
