Asma Muneer

Asma is an Associate in the Property Litigation Team based in Reading.

Main areas of practice

Asma’s work includes landlord and tenant matters involving the renewal of commercial leases, advising on obtaining possession, tenant default and breaches of lease including recovery of rent arrears and dilapidations claims.

Asma also works with residential property owners in relation to obtaining possession and a wide range of disputes involving boundaries, easements, trespass, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession.

Career

Asma attended the University of Reading, where she graduated with a degree in Law LLB (Hons) in 2015 and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2017.

Asma trained at BDB Pitmans LLP and joined Blandy & Blandy LLP as a newly qualified solicitor in 2019 in Dispute Resolution.

Asma joined Blake Morgan as an Associate in Property Litigation in February 2024.
