Ben is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employment team, based in Blake Morgan’s Cardiff office.
Main areas of practice
Ben assists senior members of the team on a range of Employment Law matters. He regularly assists colleagues with a variety of matters including conducting legal research, drafting documents and attending client meetings.

Ben started his training contract with Blake Morgan in March 2026 and is currently in his second seat.
Before joining the firm, Ben studied Law (LLB Hons) at Cardiff University from which he graduated with First-Class Honours. Ben also achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course with a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice.
