Beth Walsh

Beth is a Partner in the Commercial and Charities group and a specialist charities lawyer. She is Head of the Charities team and is based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Beth has experience in all areas of Charity Law, including start-ups, charity mergers, governance matters, regulatory issues and complex charitable trusts.

As a trustee herself, Beth has a strong understanding of the issues facing charities in the real world. She is deeply passionate about the sector and strives to provide practical advice to support clients with their strategic aims.

Beth works with a wide variety of not-for-profit organisations, from start-ups to some of the largest charities in the country. She builds long term relationships with her clients, enabling her to give commercial, practical advice.

Beth has expertise across a range of diverse industry sectors including faith based, arts and culture, sports, health, animal welfare and educational charities.

Career

Beth has experience of working in the charities sector for over 10 years. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.
