Cameron is a Senior Associate in our corporate team with a focus on equity capital markets transactions including acquisitions, fundraisings, IPOs as well other corporate advisory work.
Main areas of practice
Cameron’s experience includes working with listed and quoted companies on flotations, secondary fundraisings and reverse takeovers on the AIM market and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange Plc as well as on the Aquis Stock Exchange.
Clients
Cameron acts for public and private companies, Nomads, sponsors, financial advisers and brokers.

He graduated Curtin University (Western Australia) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom); in 2015 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA); and in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Cameron joined Blake Morgan in January 2026.
Cameron featured in The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom® Ones to Watch – Capital Markets Law 2023 and 2024 and Corporate Law 2025 and 2026.
