Chinelo is a Regulatory Paralegal supporting fitness to practise investigations for healthcare and legal regulators, based in our London office.
Main areas of practice
Chinelo is a Paralegal in the Regulatory team, working on fitness to practise investigations for healthcare and legal regulators. She assists with drafting allegations, gathering evidence and preparing cases for Investigating Committee Panels, as well as High Court interim order extension applications.
Clients
Chinelo works with regulatory body clients including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the General Optician Council (GOC), the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA), supporting investigations into matters of dishonesty, health and misconduct in professional discipline. She helps regulators build thorough, well-evidenced cases to protect the public and uphold professional standards.

Chinelo graduated from the University of Kent with an Upper Second Class in Law in 2023. Chinelo joined Blake Morgan in May 2025.
