Dipesh is the Head of Corporate Immigration at Blake Morgan, leading a specialist team that advises multinational organisations, high-growth companies and SME’s on all aspects of business immigration.

He works closely with HR leaders, in-house counsel, and senior executives to design immigration solutions that support workforce planning, international expansion and regulatory compliance.

With over 20 years’ experience, Dipesh brings a depth of expertise gained at a Tier 1-ranked immigration law firm, including leading immigration practices within Top 100 UK law firms, as well as running a successful boutique immigration practice. Most recently, Dipesh held the role of Head of Immigration at a Top 100 UK law firm, developing and establishing the practice from conception. This breath of experience gives him a well-rounded, commercial perspective and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by business of all sizes.

- Assisting a world leading aircraft brokerage company establish their first UK sales office and the movement of their Senior Leadership team to the UK to establish and grow operations.
- Leading large-scale global mobility and recruitment projects, supporting healthcare providers with high-volume applications and acting as a trusted advisor on Sponsor Licence compliance and workforce expansion.
- Successful appeal to the FA Exceptions Panel on an international players ability to qualify under the GBE Endorsement criteria for an International Sports Person Visa.
- Assisted with the establishment of a UK Tech Centre for one of the largest mid-cycle motorbike companies in the world- movement of senior leadership to the UK and the transfer of over 150 employees to the UK.
- Instructed to assist with the drafting of Immigration policy handbooks and the visa applications for one of the most prestigious hotel brands in the world for their new hotel opening in London.
