Elen is an Associate within our Real Estate and Property team in Cardiff. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions with emphasis on plot sales and all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Main areas of practice
Elen has extensive experience in dealing with plot sales across England and Wales and, over the last 17 years, has also dealt with all aspects of domestic residential conveyancing.
Elen specialises in Social Housing, acting for a number of Housing Associations across England and Wales in respect of their residential acquisitions and disposals transactions.
Clients
Elen works with a number of Housing Associations across England and Wales, as well as commercial developers and private individuals.

Elen completed her Law degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of West of England in and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.
Elen joined Blake Morgan in April 2023.
