Ellie works within the corporate and company secretarial team, assisting a diverse portfolio of client with their day-to-day corporate compliance and governance requirements.

Ellie assists a broad range of clients, including private limited companies; public limited companies and limited liability partnerships. She also works closely with directors and shareholders.

Ellie joined the Company Secretarial team as a Paralegal in June 2025 just after graduating with her LLB Law degree from the University of Portsmouth in the same year.
