Emily is a HR Advisor and is responsible for providing generalist HR advice to support the firm’s employees across the regions.
Main areas of practice
Emily provides support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedure, covering the whole employee life cycle. Emily is the point of contact for all Business Support Staff as well as Apprenticeships and Work Experience.
Career
Emily joined Blake Morgan in 2021 as a Trainee HR Administrator, moving to a HR Administrator in 2023 and being promoted to HR Advisor in 2025. Emily is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
