Emma Bilton

Emma is a Trainee Solicitor in the Construction team, based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Emma deals with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. She assists the team in all aspects of construction projects, including construction contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.

Career

Emma graduated from Swansea University in 2019 with an LLB Law degree and then completed the combined Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at Cardiff University in September 2020.

She worked as both a Vehicle Hire and Damage Paralegal and a Commercial Litigation Paralegal before joining Blake Morgan in June 2021 as a Paralegal in the Property Litigation team. Emma started her training contract in September 2023.
