Evie Horrigan

Evie is a Transactional Support Paralegal in the Real Estate department, specialising in matters post completion.

Main areas of practice

Evie’s main responsibilities fall under the post completion aspect of both residential and non-residential matters, including drafting Stamp Duty Land Tax/ Land Transaction Tax forms and filing with HMRC. Evie also prepares and submits Land Registry forms (mainly for registration of properties).

Evie began working in Law as a Real Estate Legal Apprentice. She previously worked in an international law firm based in Cardiff Centre, with expertise in Post-Completion tasks.
