Gemma Godber

Gemma is a Trainee Solicitor in our Cardiff office, undertaking her first seat in the Property Litigation team.

Main areas of practice

Gemma assists the team with a variety of housing related matters. She assists social housing providers with residential possession proceedings, civil anti-social behaviour injunctions and residential disrepair claims. She also assists with Welsh homelessness matters.

Career

Gemma graduated with a First Class Honours in Law from the University of Nottingham. She achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course with an integrated Master’s in Law before joining Blake Morgan as a Property Litigation Paralegal in July 2025 ahead of her training contract which commenced in September 2026.
