Holly is an Associate in the Private Client team, based in our Cardiff office.
Main areas of practice
Holly has a broad range of experience in Private Client legal services, specialising in Wills, asset protection, inheritance tax and lifetime estate planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyships, the administration of estates, Probate and Deeds of Variation.
Clients
Holly acts for a varied range of clients from private individuals and families with straightforward affairs to high net worth clients with complex needs including farming families and business owners. Holly also advises attorneys, executors, beneficiaries and trustees.

Career
Holly qualified as a solicitor in 2017 specialising in Private Client. Holly became a Full Member (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2020 and is a member of the committee for STEP Wales. Holly joined Blake Morgan as a senior solicitor in 2021.
