Jack Wiseman-White

Jack is a Legal Director in Blake Morgan’s Risk & Compliance team.

Main areas of practice

Jack deals with a variety of risk and compliance issues for the firm, ranging from data protection and Code of Conduct compliance through to dealing with claims and complaints.

Interests

Jack was a Trustee of the local mental health charity, Solent Mind, for over four years sitting on the Board of Trustees and the Finance, Information, Risk & Compliance Committee. Jack continues to support Solent Mind through the Portsmouth office’s charity partnership with the charity.

He previously held the position of vice-chair of the CILEx Solent Branch.

Career

Jack joined the firm in 2009 and worked in the firm’s Commercial Recoveries team for over five years. Jack began his career as an Administration Assistant and progressed on to become a Supervisor of a team of Litigation Paralegals within the team.

He spent over three years at DAC Beachcroft LLP defending medical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Trusts and Medical Defence Organisations.

Jack returned to Blake Morgan LLP in April 2018 where he joined the firm’s Risk & Compliance team.

He studied law via the CILEx route and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2017.
