Jade Watson

Jade is a Post Completion Team Leader in the Real Estate & Property group, based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Jade’s area of expertise is in the Real Estate team. Her work includes preparation of applications to HMLR and submission of LTT (Land Transaction Tax) and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) reutrns.

Career

Jade graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a 2:1 LLB law degree. She previously worked in an international law firm based in Cardiff Centre, with expertise in Post-Completion tasks.
