James is a Trainee Solicitor undertaking his second seat with the Corporate team in our London Office.
Main areas of practice
James works as part of the corporate team in a variety of corporate transactions, company and business sales and acquisitions, shareholder and LLP agreements and corporate restructuring.

Career
James has significant previous experience working in and with the charity and public sectors, including advising Government and others on a range of public policy issues.
James completed his GDL in 2021 and his LPC in 2023, achieving high distinctions for both, before starting his training contract with Blake Morgan in September 2023. He has completed a seat in the Commercial Litigation team.
