Jennifer is a Legal Director in the London private client team specialising in resolving private wealth disputes.
Main areas of practice
Jennifer’s area of expertise is contentious trusts and probate. Her work includes a wide variety of private wealth disputes including will validity claims, Inheritance Act claims for financial provision from estates, disputes between executors, trust disputes and disputes regarding LPAs and lifetime gifts.
All disputes are stressful, particularly when they involve family members and arise following the loss of a loved one. Jennifer is known for her sympathetic handling of the most sensitive of cases and is passionate about supporting her clients through their disputes. Jennifer always works to achieve the best result through negotiations but is prepared to pursue matters vigorously through the Courts when necessary.
