Jo is responsible for providing advice and support to fee earning and business support staff on all HR related issues.

Jo helps ensure that our employees have the best possible experience of working at Blake Morgan. She is involved in a range of projects and initiatives from recruitment and retention, to supporting equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives to managing employee welfare and grievance procedures.
Jo has worked with the firm for over 8 years, providing expert HR consultancy on a range of employment issues. She qualified in Human Resource Practice from Abingdon and Witney College and has a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors.
