Jodie is a Legal Director in the Banking and Finance team.

Main areas of practice

Jodie is a financial services regulatory lawyer and has detailed understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding financial institutions, including CCA lending, FCA, MCOB and the role of the financial regulators. Jodie advises clients on the full range of compliance and regulatory issues including best practice and implementation, ongoing regulatory changes, reputational risks and risk management.

Client’s benefit from her detailed, practical understanding of financial services legislation and its everyday impact in a number of areas including mortgage lending, consumer finance, consumer duty, payment services and investments.

Career

Jodie spent 10 years practising at another leading firm before joining Blake Morgan in November 2021. She qualified as a solicitor in June 2011.

Jodie was promoted to Legal Director in July 2026.
