Jodie is an Associate in our Corporate team, based in our Southampton office.

Main areas of practice

Jodie assists with a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, re-organisations and restructuring, together with general corporate advisory work.

Career

Jodie graduated from the University of Southampton in 2018 with a First Class Honours Degree in Law and obtaining the 4 New Square prize for Best Performance in Insurance Law. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with Legal Masters at the University of Law, graduating with a Distinction in 2019.

Jodie joined Blake Morgan as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2020 and completed seats in Succession & Tax, Commercial Litigation and Corporate, before qualifying into the Corporate team in March 2022.
