Joy is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial and Charities team.
Main areas of practice
Joy assists the Commercial and Charities team with a wide range of commercial agreements for both private sector, public sector and charity clients.
As part of her training contract, she has also gained experience in the Construction team, where she assisted with drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, and in the Banking and Finance team, where she supported banks, institutional lenders and borrowers on financing and restructuring.

Career
Joy graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with an LLB Law degree in 2024 and completed an LLM at The University of Law in 2025. Joy joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2025 and is due to qualify as a solicitor in September 2027.
