Career
Kawther completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction in 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in February 2017. She began her career at a Tier 1-ranked immigration law firm and subsequently worked at a top 100 UK firm, where she focused on skilled worker visa applications and complex private client matters, including family-related visas. Before joining Blake Morgan in December 2025, Kawther developed extensive experience advising both corporate and individual clients on a wide range of immigration issues.
Fluent in Arabic, Kawther regularly assists clients from the Middle East and North Africa, offering tailored advice that bridges cultural and legal considerations.
