Kieran is a Trainee Solicitor in the Construction team, based in our Southampton office.
Main areas of practice
Kieran is currently in his second seat of his training contract in the Construction team, where he assists on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including cladding disputes, building contracts, sub-contractor warranties, and project documentation.

Career
Kieran graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Law, with a year in industry in 2021. He went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Southampton, graduating with a Distinction in 2025.
Before commencing his training contract with Blake Morgan in September 2025, he gained experience in preparing and advising on intellectual property license agreements, and other associated legal documentation, during his time working at a leading multi-media company.
He is currently in his second seat with the Construction team, having completed his first seat in Commercial Litigation.
