Lisa specialises in the full range of non-contentious Private Client services, including the administration of estates, advising on inheritance tax, Wills, and Trusts. She has considerable experience in dealing with cross-jurisdictional estates and tax planning matters, as well as complex and high value cases, including dealing with estates with agricultural and business assets. She also advises on disputed probate and intricate trust matters.

Career

Lisa graduated from Oxford University in 1993 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London and a training contract with Osbornes Solicitors in London.

She has worked around South Wales in a variety of firms, including large multinationals and niche practices across the region. She has developed a solid client following over nearly two decades, as well as forging strong links with accountants, financial advisers, and other lawyers.

Fluent in Italian, she has been involved in several cases involving British citizens with issues in Italy and has liaised successfully with her counterparts in Italy to achieve successful outcomes for these individuals.

Lisa was promoted to Partner in November 2021.
