Liz Bryne

Liz leads the HR team and is responsible for all aspects of strategic and operational HR. Liz’s background is in talent, learning and organisational development and she is an experienced coach. Liz sits on the firm’s Strategy Board, Central Operations Team, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Career

Liz has worked in a wide range of regional, national and international law firms over the past 30 years. She joined Blake Morgan in 2015, having previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills and Jones Day.

Liz is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is an accredited psychometrics practitioner with the British Psychological Society. She also holds a Masters level qualification in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring.

Liz is a certified Mental Health First Aider, a Menopause Mentor and BM Pride Ally.
