Mandy is Head of Learning & Development at Blake Morgan. She is responsible for knowledge, learning and development across the firm.

Career

Mandy has over 25 years of experience working in law firms from magic circle to regional firms. Training, coaching and leadership development with teams, groups and individuals at all levels with particular expertise in partnership and those transitioning to new roles.
