Michael is a Trainee Solicitor within the Property Litigation based in our Southampton office.
Main areas of practice
Michael is in his second seat and acts on a wide range of work including residential procession proceedings, commercial possession, rent arrears, dilapidations claims and deposit disputes.
He advises private, social and business landlords on various tenancy matters and advises land owners on boundary disputes and restrictive covenants.
Michael has previous experience in banking and finance and commercial, debt, asset recoveries.
Michael attended the University of Plymouth, where he graduated with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies with Law BSc (Hons) in 2015 and the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) in 2016.
Following this he then completed the Legal Practice course at the University of Law in 2020.
Michael has worked for Blake Morgan since 2016 when he joined as Litigation Paralegal in our Commercial Recoveries team.
Michael commenced his training contract with Blake Morgan in March 2021 and is due to qualify as a Solicitor by March 2023.
His first seat was in our Banking and Finance team.
