Neil Macdonald

Neil is a Trainee Solicitor in the Regulatory team, based in the London office.

Main areas of practice

Neil assists the Regulatory team in a variety of matters. He is undertaking his first seat in his training contract.

As a Paralegal, Neil gained experience in a broad range of practice areas including tax disputes, health and safety law, inquests, public inquiries and real estate finance.

Career

Neil joined Blake Morgan as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2026. He has previously worked as a Paralegal at a leading global law firm prior to which he was a university lecturer.

Neil completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice with distinction and worked as a Paralegal, gaining experience in a number of contentious and transactional practice areas.
