Nisha has specialised in UK immigration for over 13 years and has extensive experience of advising both businesses and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious immigration matters.

Nisha advises employers in all aspects of the sponsorship regime including licensing as a sponsor with the Home Office. She also has expertise in compliance audits, training, submitting work visas, individual applications, Indefinite leave to remain (ILR), naturalisation and partner applications.

Career
Nisha graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 and completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2005. She worked as a paralegal, trained and as a solicitor in 2008.
