Paul Chipperfield

Paul is an Executive within the Real Estate Team based in our Oxford office.

Main areas of practice

Paul assists in property transactional matters including landlord and tenant work. In particular, Paul currently deals with Stamp Duty Land Tax and Land Registry land registration formalities in respect of Freehold and Leasehold premises.

Clients

Paul assists a variety of public authority and commercial landlord and tenant clients in transactional matters associated with the purchase, disposal and leasing of commercial premises.

Career

Paul was previously an Executive working in our Insurance litigation department based in our Reading office, primarily dealing with defended litigated Road Traffic, EL/PL and Property Damage type cases on behalf of major Insurers and their mutual client’s Insured.

Paul is studying for his final Institute of Legal Executives exams to qualify and become an accredited Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx).
