Rebecca is an Associate in our Commercial and Charities team based in Cardiff, specialising in general commercial law and charity law.
Main areas of practice
Rebecca advises on a range of commercial law and charity law issues with expertise in the charity and sports sectors.
These include sale and supply contracts, grant agreements, sponsorship contracts, venue hire agreements, constitutional matters, annual reporting requirements, Charity Commission registrations, incorporations, mergers and winding-up.

Career
Rebecca joined Blake Morgan as an Associate in June 2024. Rebecca began her career as a paralegal at Loosemores Solicitors firm where she later completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor in 2012 into the corporate/commercial team. Rebecca then transferred to Hugh James Solicitors further to their acquisition of Loosemores in July 2023.
