Rosie Callaway

Rosie is a paralegal within the Company Secretarial team based in our Southampton office.

Main areas of practice

Rosie deals with the day-to-day requirements of the team’s clients, membership requirements of property management companies, incorporating new companies, and assisting the wider Corporate team across the firm.

Clients

Whilst the majority of the clients that Rosie works with are private limited companies, varying in size, the clients that the company secretarial team deal with include public companies and limited liability partnerships.

Career

Rosie joined the Corporate team in January 2024 as a legal support assistant, moving into the Company Secretarial team as a paralegal in February of that year.

Rosie graduated with her LLB Law degree from the University of Lincoln in 2022, now in the final steps of completing the LPC LLM award from the University of Law.
