Ruby advises developers, landowners and public bodies on a broad range of planning and environment matters. Ruby works closely with clients to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice from project inception through to delivery.

Career
After graduating from the University of Auckland in 2021, Ruby commenced her legal career at leading Auckland firms Bell Gully and Brookfields. Following her move to London in 2024, she worked in-house for a London borough council, supporting multiple local authorities across London. Ruby joined Blake Morgan in March 2026.
