Main areas of practice

Samia works across the London Corporate team, assisting on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters involving both private and public companies.

Her work includes supporting the team on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, equity fundraisings, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.

Career

Samia graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of East Anglia in 2020 and completed her LLM Legal Practice Course in 2022. Prior to joining Blake Morgan LLP in 2025, she gained experience working as a Paralegal in both Clinical Negligence and Real Estate.
