Sara Bett-Powell

Sara is a Solicitor in the firm’s Property Litigation Team.

Main areas of practice

Sara specialises in property litigation disputes. She has experience dealing with residential possession proceedings, civil anti-social behaviour injunctions and residential disrepair claims. Sara also specialises in Welsh homelessness matters including local authority homelessness challenges.

Career

Sara graduated with First Class Honours from Swansea University with an undergraduate degree in Law.

She began her career in the third sector, working for non-profit organisations specialising in employment, discrimination and homelessness. During this time Sara also completed a master’s degree in Human Rights Law at Bristol University, graduating in 2020.

Sara joined Blake Morgan in 2021, joining the social housing team at Cardiff.

She qualified as a Solicitor in December 2025.
