Sara Trevor

Sara is an Associate in Blake Morgan’s Corporate team, based in London, advising on UK company law, corporate governance and transactional matters for private and public companies.

Main areas of practice

Sara assists with a broad range of corporate matters, ranging from advising on private M&A (acting for both buyers and sellers), private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings to general corporate governance matters.

Sara’s experience also includes working with public companies.

Sara has acted for a wide variety of clients in relation to corporate matters including private companies, venture-capital backed management teams, PLC’s and start-ups.

Career

Sara graduated from Cardiff University with a first in Law with a Professional Placement Year in June 2018. During her time at university, Sara completed a placement year where she worked as a Paralegal. Sara then went on to complete the combined Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at Cardiff University achieving a Distinction, before joining Blake Morgan as a trainee in September 2020.

During her period of training, she undertook two seats in the firm’s Corporate department and she qualified as a Solicitor in September 2022.
