Sarah is a Legal Director in our Regulatory team, specialising in professional regulatory and disciplinary law.
Main areas of practice
Sarah has significant experience in regulatory and disciplinary law. She acts on behalf of professional regulatory bodies in relation to fitness to practise proceedings. She also sits as a Legal Advisor to professional conduct panels.
Sarah has particular experience in representing a variety of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, dentists and social workers, in relation to professional discipline matters. Sarah also advises accountants in respect of investigations undertaken by regulators such as the ICAEW and the ACCA.
Sarah has experience of advising and representing healthcare professionals and care providers at coroner’s inquests and in relation to criminal investigations. She also has experience of advising and representing health and social care providers in relation to CQC investigations and enforcement proceedings.

Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and specialises in healthcare regulation. Sarah joined the team as an Associate at Blake Morgan in 2021.
She was promoted to Legal Director in July 2026.
