Scott advises investors, developers and major occupiers on leasing projects, headquarters acquisitions and portfolio asset management across the core commercial asset classes.
His work spans commercial development and strategic land matters, including conditional contracts, collaboration agreements, overage structures, site assembly and large‑scale strategic acquisitions. He also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring, working on pre‑packs, liquidations and receiverships and supporting clients with time‑critical distressed asset transactions.

Scott joined Blake Morgan in January 2026. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2012 and was previously head of UK real estate in the London office of a US law firm.
