Simon is a Legal Director in the Construction and Engineering team at our Southampton office.
Main areas of practice
Simon advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has experience of Construction and Engineering disputes which have been resolved through adjudication, arbitration and mediation, and has advised on bringing and defending claims in the Technology and Construction Court.
In non-contentious work, Simon advises on NEC and JCT contracts, as well as bespoke sub-contracts and warranties.

Simon qualified with the firm in March 2017. During his training contract, Simon undertook seats in the following areas: Construction and Engineering, Insolvency and Restructuring, Risk and Compliance and Family Law.
