Stephanie leads business development for Blake Morgan’s Property and Construction business groups across England and Wales, driving growth across the built environment sector.

Main areas of practice

Working across the built environment sector, she develops and delivers growth strategies, strengthens client and intermediary relationships, and helps shape Blake Morgan’s profile across property, construction, planning, development, regeneration and infrastructure markets.

Alongside her national sector remit, Stephanie is a strong advocate for the South Coast business community and plays an active role in connecting clients, advisers and organisations across the region.

Career

With more than 20 years’ experience across the UK and New Zealand, Stephanie brings a broad commercial perspective shaped by senior roles in professional services, major events, venue management, entertainment and the arts.

Her career has included leading audience development for New Zealand’s national professional theatre touring company, managing major client relationships and commercial partnerships, and delivering projects ranging from Rugby World Cup to nationally recognised fundraising campaigns and international touring productions.

Since joining the legal sector in 2019, she has worked across both national and regional law firms, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
