Zoe is a Solicitor in our Corporate team based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Zoe assists the team with a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, shareholder and joint venture agreements together with general corporate matters.

Career

Zoe graduated from Swansea University with an Upper Second Class Honours in Law in 2020. She achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.

Zoe qualified as a solicitor in March 2025.

Zoe has a commercial background across varying business functions, including accounting and administrative roles.
