Blake Morgan advises Norman Broadbent plc on capital reorganisation

Blake Morgan has advised AIM-listed Norman Broadbent plc on its successful capital reorganisation, supporting the company in positioning it for future growth.

Norman Broadbent, a long-established professional services firm specialising in executive search, senior interim management and leadership advisory solutions, implemented the reorganisation through a court-approved capital reduction. The process involved the cancellation of the company’s four existing classes of deferred shares, alongside the reduction of its share premium account.

The transaction forms part of Norman Broadbent’s ongoing strategic development, enhancing financial flexibility and enabling the business to focus on delivering its specialist talent and advisory services to clients across a range of sectors.

Blake Morgan’s Equity Capital Markets team provided comprehensive legal support throughout the process, guiding the company through the technical and regulatory requirements associated with a court-approved capital reduction for an AIM-quoted business.
