I'm thrilled to continue working with Peabody as we share similar values. Providing social value is important to Peabody, as it is to us. We are really looking forward to continuing to support Peabody with their numerous and diverse portfolio and projects and to expanding on the work we do with them.

I also want to thank everyone involved in this as a lot of hard work went into the tender, showcasing what we can offer with a wide variety of legal expertise and commercial nous.

The Peabody Trust was founded in 1862 as the Peabody Donation Fund and is now known simply as Peabody. It is one of London’s oldest and largest housing associations.
