National law firm Blake Morgan has moved to a new, larger office in London as it invests in the continued growth of its team in the capital and the future of its wider business.
After a decade in its office at New Street Square, Blake Morgan has taken 10,745 sq ft of space nearby at 100 Fetter Lane, a building developed by BauMont Real Estate Capital and YardNine which opened in 2025.
The investment follows a successful year for the firm, with the London office in particular reporting increased revenue by 35.8% in the last financial year. While acting as a new base for its team in London, the office will also welcome its lawyers working across the UK.
The grade-A office building has been chosen by Blake Morgan for its high quality, flexible workspaces and sustainability credentials. The building embodies circular economy principles, is all-electric, uses 30% less energy than currently required standards, and is designed to be net-zero carbon in operation.
The law firm has made a series of strategic hires into its London office in recent years, expanding the expertise of its lawyers across corporate, real estate and employment. This year this has included welcoming insolvency partner, Alejandro Worthington, corporate immigration specialist Dipesh Shah along with his team of six, corporate partner Joan Yu, and real estate expert Scott Hilton into the London team. In addition, the firm has been investing in its home-grown talent through internal promotions, including the appointment of corporate lawyer, Michelle Davenport, to partner in May and the promotion of banking and finance lawyer Harry Taylor to legal director in July. London will continue to play a key role in supporting the growth ambitions of the firm.
